Four Key PMO Challenge Areas - One Big Training Day

PMO Learn! features four key theme areas

Resource Management | Benefits Management | Reporting & Dashboards | Portfolio Management

Each learning session features the theory and practical application approaches followed by classroom exercises.

It’s just like being in the largest classroom training you’ve ever had

Resource Management

Resource management has consistently ranked highly as a challenge area for PMOs. Focused on both capacity planning and capability of resources available, the PMO role is a fine balacing act with an abundance of techniques, processes and tools available to provide a robust resource management service.

Benefits Management

Benefits Management Benefits Management has been on the ‘too hard’ pile in many organisations for a long time. However, PMOs are being asked to support, or even drive its implementation. Needless to say, developing a Benefits Management process and adding it into the project management repository is not sufficient.

Reporting & Dashboards

Reporting and Dashboards – the core of what PMOs do today. With advances in technologies; the hybrid delivery aproaches of Agile and Waterfall; the rise of AI and the creativity of visualisations and storytelling. PMO reporting knows no bounds – so where can your PMO take it?

Portfolio Management

Portfolio management, the glue that holds strategy and programmes & projects together. Portfolio PMO services are on the increase and it’s not just about reporting on portfolio progress. Frameworks; structures; processes; methods; techniques and tools are all explored.

Takes place Tuesday 2nd June 2020
